If I am genetically disposed, how such crapper I impact the outcome by not smoking, intake healthily and exercising. I already achievement at small 5 miles per day. If I crapper exclusive hit bottom influence, then I desire the investigate would verify me that and kibosh symptom my time!
I would same limited statistics only…….i don’t conceive the PR anymore!

Genetics can play a huge role in how your body handles/utilizes cholesterol. You are doing all the right things which will help reduce your risk factors. There is a new medication on the market for cholesterol which helps how your body deals with the cholesterol (it advertises pictures of relatives which contribute to the risk for heart disease). There are no statistics you can use because it depends on what your numbers are which your doctor then determines how much of a risk factor you have. You are not wasting your time by doing everything you possibly can to live a long, healthy life. Having a cardiologist that knows your history is also beneficial. If you stopped doing what you are currently doing, you would greatly increase your risk factors for early heart disease and I don’t believe you want to go down that road so keep up the good work.
I have 4 older sisters, I am the youngest, I already have had a quadruple heart bypass (in my early 30’s) 1 sister has had heart surgery and the other two have no signs of high cholesterol or heart problems. Keep up the good work with diet and excercise. Good luck to you!!
1. Stop smoking
2. Control Cholesterol
3. Lower your Blood Pressure
4. Weight control
Hope that helps and good luck in your future.
It is very easy for doctors. The first ask about smoking, then drinking ,then genetics , then cholerserol, then diabetes, than exercise, and on and on to you answer yes then he knows. In other words they don’t know. Some smokers get it and others dont’t. Some diabetics get it and some don’t, Some people with high cholerserol never have a problem. ect Isn’t any stitisics
well its hard for me to say cuz i was born with cardiopulmanary heart deasiase i was born with an enlarged heart so i dont know maybe genetics what the other people said
