Heart Symptoms Women

I woke up this farewell with symptom and nausea………..proceeded to sick most 3 nowadays in a movement of most 4 hours. This daytime I’m better, but ease hit whatever nausea. When are “these” symptoms a hunch attack? I’m a 65 yr. older women.
